Terms of use

Effective date: 1 September 2026. These terms govern the use of wispchart.com and replace every earlier version.

1. Who publishes this site

WispChart is published by Harpreet Singh, a private individual resident in Quebec, at 1447 R. Atateken, Montréal, QC H2L 3L2, Canada, telephone +1 514-419-9511, e-mail notes@wispchart.com. There is no company, no editorial board and no staff behind the name; it is one reader writing about mobile games sold in the Canadian Google Play store.

2. What you agree to by reading

Opening a page of this site means accepting the terms below as they stand on that day. If a clause does not suit you, the appropriate response is to stop reading; nothing here obliges you to register, to identify yourself or to accept anything else.

3. Independence

WispChart is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting for Google LLC, Google Play, Erabit Studios, Flipline Studios, Redemption Games Inc., Pragmatic Play or any other studio, publisher or brand named anywhere on the site. No studio has reviewed a line of this text before publication. No entry has been paid for, exchanged for a free copy or written under an agreement of any kind. Every title covered was bought or installed by the operator at the ordinary store price.

4. What the editorial figures mean

Two kinds of information appear side by side. Store facts — genre, price, star rating and review count — are copied from the Canadian Google Play listing on the date printed next to them, and are reproduced without rounding or adjustment. Editorial judgements — session length, entry curve, the short description of how a game plays — are the operator's own opinion after using each build, and are offered as opinion, not as a statement of fact about the product.

Store listings change without warning. A price, a rating or an availability window read in September 2026 may differ by the time you open the store. The listing itself always prevails over anything written here.

5. Intellectual property

The wording, structure, comparison table and layout of this site belong to Harpreet Singh and are protected by the Copyright Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-42). You may quote a short passage with a visible link back to the page it came from. Republishing an entry in full, translating it or feeding it into a product without written permission is not allowed.

Game icons and screenshots reproduced on the site remain the property of their respective rights holders. They appear at small size, unaltered except for scaling, and solely to identify and describe the games discussed, which is the purpose the Copyright Act contemplates for review and news reporting. Trade marks and titles belong to their owners and are used descriptively. Any rights holder who would rather an image were removed may write to the address in section 1 and it will be taken down without argument.

6. What this site does not do

The site sells nothing. It hosts no store, no cart, no account area and no form of any kind. It does not distribute the games, host installation files or offer keys, codes or promotional material. It does not accept or store card details, and it charges no fee to anyone, at any point, for anything.

7. Buying a game, and getting a refund

Every game named here is obtained through Google Play. Where a title is a one-time purchase in the store, the price shown on this site is the Canadian store figure at the date of reading; Google Play applies the applicable taxes and displays the final amount before you confirm. The contract for that transaction is between you and Google, not with the operator of this site, who receives no commission and takes no part in it.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's own published rules and timelines. Requests must be made through the store, not here. Nothing in these terms limits the protections you hold as a consumer in Quebec under the Consumer Protection Act (RLRQ c. P-40.1), including your right to bring a complaint to the Office de la protection du consommateur, nor the equivalent protections of your own province if you read from elsewhere in Canada.

8. No warranty

The site is published as it is, on a best-effort basis, by one person. No promise is made that it will be free of error, continuously available or complete, that a game will suit your device, or that a described feature still exists in the current version of a build. Decisions about what to install remain yours. To the fullest extent Quebec law permits, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site; nothing in this section excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

9. Links away from this site

Where a store or a studio is named you may go on to visit it. Those destinations are outside the operator's control and are governed by their own terms. Naming a destination is not an endorsement of it.

10. Reasonable use

You may read, print and link to these pages freely. You may not attempt to interfere with the delivery of the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other readers, or present its content as your own. Automated collection for the purpose of republication is not permitted.

11. Changes

These terms may be revised as the site changes. A revision takes effect when it is published and the effective date at the top is updated; continuing to read afterwards means accepting the revised text. Earlier versions can be requested by e-mail.

12. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute that cannot be settled by correspondence falls to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, Quebec, without prejudice to any mandatory protection giving a consumer the right to sue in the district of their own domicile.

13. Before going to court

A complaint should first be sent by e-mail to notes@wispchart.com with a description of the issue, the page concerned and the outcome you are seeking. The operator undertakes to answer in writing within 30 days. Most matters — a correction, an outdated figure, an image a rights holder wants removed — are resolved at that stage.
